These terms govern use of the motorcade dispatch service, including our website and our WhatsApp dispatch number.

The service

motorcade coordinates private black-car trips between partners who request transportation and independent professional drivers who accept it. We route requests, award each trip to the first driver who accepts, and confirm the assignment to the requesting partner.

Drivers

• Drivers are independent operators, not employees of motorcade.
• Drivers are responsible for maintaining a valid license, all required chauffeur and vehicle permits, and insurance sufficient for commercial passenger transport.
• Accepting a trip is a commitment to perform it. Repeated non-performance may result in reduced priority or removal.
• Driver priority is determined by response speed, acceptance and completion history, guest ratings, and verified reviews.

Reviews and bounties

motorcade may pay a flat cash bounty for a genuine public five-star review that names the driver who performed the trip. The bounty amount is set by motorcade and may change.

• Only genuine reviews from real guests who took the trip are eligible.
• Fabricated, purchased, incentivized-beyond-disclosure, or farmed reviews are prohibited.
• A first violation is a strike. A second violation results in removal from the platform and forfeiture of unpaid bounties.

Messaging

By messaging our WhatsApp number or asking to be added to the roster, you consent to receive operational messages about trips and shifts. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass any person, to misrepresent your identity or credentials, to solicit trips outside the platform from partners introduced through it, or for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that a trip request will be accepted by a driver, that any particular driver will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, motorcade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. motorcade does not operate vehicles and is not liable for the conduct of independent drivers or passengers.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
