privacy policy.

motorcade operates a private black-car dispatch service in Chicago. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. It covers our website and our WhatsApp-based dispatch service.
Information we collect
- Phone numbers. Of drivers, dispatchers, and partners who message our WhatsApp number or are added to our roster.
- Message content. Every message sent to or from our WhatsApp number, including trip requests, driver responses, and check-ins.
- Trip details. Pickup and dropoff locations, requested times, vehicle type, guest name where supplied, fare and payout, and the referring hotel, restaurant, or partner.
- Driver activity. Response times, acceptances, completions, shift check-ins, ratings, and customer reviews that name a driver.
- Technical data. Standard request logs from our infrastructure provider.
We do not collect payment card details, and we do not run continuous background location tracking on drivers or guests.
How we use it
- To route trip requests to available drivers and award each trip to the first driver who accepts.
- To confirm bookings to the requesting partner, including driver name, vehicle, and a tracking link.
- To calculate driver priority from response speed, acceptance, completion, and ratings.
- To administer review bounties, which requires matching a named public review to a driver.
- To keep an operational record for dispute resolution, quality, and safety.
Service providers
We share the minimum necessary information with:
- Twilio and WhatsApp (Meta), to deliver and receive messages.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the service and stores our operational database.
- Anthropic, which processes the text of dispatch messages to extract structured trip details. Message text is sent for that purpose only.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
WhatsApp messaging
Drivers and partners message us on WhatsApp voluntarily. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to messages in transit. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, or by asking dispatch to remove you from the roster. Removal ends dispatch messages; we retain prior operational records as described below.
Retention
Trip records and message logs are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and resolve disputes, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for those purposes. Driver performance records are retained for the duration of the driver relationship.
Security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to the operational database is limited to the people who run dispatch.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or dispute-resolution reasons. Contact dispatch@motorcade.ltd.
Children
The service is for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page and revise the date above when this policy changes.
